IMPORTANT INFO FOR WINTER ORDERS. A 48 hour heatpack is included in shipping cost, to ensure your isopods arrive healthy in the cold weather. If the temperature is below 4°c, orders will be on hold until its warm enough again, as the heatpacks don't work at freezing temperatures. If you're unable to wait for suitable weather for postage, please let me know as soon as possible so that I can refund your order.
Live arrival guarantee: In the case of deaths on arrival (very very rare and usually caused by delays in the postal service), please contact me with photos and I will either send out replacements or refund you. Photos most be sent within 2 hours of arrival.
