This is a high protein treat only to be given once every 2 weeks to species that need extra protein, such as Porcellio Expansus, Laevis, Ornatus, Hoffmannseggii etc. 54% protein content! So don't overdo it. I usually pop one in for tubs that have 20 or so Porcellio isopods, and 3-5 for tubs that have 100-500 isopods.
